FAMOUS RO*TEL CHEESE DIP



Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese spread, (Velveeta), cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Diced or Whole RO*TEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Microwave: Place ingredients in a covered casserole.  Microwave on HIGH  until
cheese spread is melted, about 5 minutes, stirring once.




Crab Dip
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 12 (5 tablespoons per serving)
Ingredients
·        8 ounces cream cheese, softened
·        1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
·        1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
·        2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
·        2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
·        1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
·        1/2 cup cocktail sauce
·        1 6-ounce can crab meat, drained
·        1 small onion, chopped
·        1/4 cup chopped green pepper
·        1/4 cup chopped red pepper
·        1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve. *Optional: Allow to chill for several hours to blend flavors before serving.

Spicy Chicken Wings
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
·        3/4 cup hot sauce
·        1 tablespoon butter
·        1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
·        4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
·        2 tablespoons mayonnaise
·        2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
·        1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
·        1 garlic clove, finely minced
·        16 chicken wings
·        2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
Place the hot sauce into a small saucepan and heat until warm. Add the butter and whisk until melted; set aside. Mix the sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic in a medium bowl. Mix the dip until incorporated; place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the wings on a sheet pan and toss with the oil. Bake the wings for 20 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven and place them in to a large bowl. Add the hot sauce mixture and toss with the wings until they are evenly coated. Serve the chicken wings along with the blue cheese

French Onion Dip
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Total Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 12 (4 tablespoons per serving)
Ingredients
·        2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream
·        1 packet (1 ounce) onion soup, dip, and recipe mix
Directions
Blend ingredients together in a bowl and serve with your favorite dippers such as fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers. *Optional: cover and chill for two hours to blend flavors before serving.
